2019 Events

Our first Bunch of Fives Christmas Party was a complete success! 35 attended and everyone enjoyed their 3-course Christmas Lunch with the party carrying on in the bar afterwards, well into the evening.

A big thank you to all who booked and attended and thanks to the Holiday Inn who catered for us very well, our room was wonderfully decorated and the food and table service were excellent throughout.

It was a lot of fun, an occasion we will certainly be looking to repeat next year with a few ideas on making it even bigger and better - so this will be a firm date for your diaries next year.

A 'Bunch of Fives' stand supporting 30 cars was secured at this show. This was a rescheduled event as the previous one held during July was unfortunately a wash out due to bad weather. Despite a run of good weather the week prior, the good old British weather again took a turn for the worse which resulted in a very mixed day of sunshine, clouds and showers. There was a fairly good level of footfall regardless and we all had a great time. 25 cars out of the 30 made it on the day and again we picked up a few new recruits which is always a bonus. A great day was topped off by one of our group proudly winning the 'People's Choice' Trophy for their car to which we were all delighted.

A 'Bunch of Fives' stand supporting 40 cars were secured at this show but unfortunately the organisers were forced to cancel the show on the day due to appalling weather. Sadly many events throughout the UK suffered the same fate however we are optimistic in being able to exhibit next year.

The ACNW club offers 2 dates during March and August and as this is a free community event in aid of nominated charities, we will be seeking to show our support on both dates. Details will follow as they become available.

Following the success of the 2018 CPC Show we were delighted to participate again this year. We are delighted to announce our stand had the largest volume of vehicles (36 in attendance) but our reward was our contribution in helping raise funds for the Wales Air Ambulance, a cause which we were most proud to support. Thanks so much to all who exhibited on our Bunch of Fives stand and those who came along & supported us independently on the day.
